Management Team

Gabriel Krizin, President and Founder: Mr. Krizin established Think Pure Light (TPL) in March 2009. His experience includes client relations, management, and sales. His management experience is specifically in managing inventory, managing sales teams, purchasing, and warehousing. Mr. Krizin has worked in the lighting industry for six years, working with both incandescent and LED light technology. Mr. Krizin resides in Pflugerville, Texas.

Julian Picman, Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Picman has been involved in LED lighting manufacturing and sales since 2003. He was a development team member for some of the first international patented LED lighting products on the market. He gained vital business management experience as owner of LumiaBulbs and in other previous endeavors. Those previous endeavors provided extensive experience with international import and logistics. Mr. Picman resides in Ottawa, Canada.

Penny Crow, RHIA, Founder and Chief Strategist of Operational Strategies, LLC: Over the past 25 years, Mrs. Crow has assisted organizations of all sizes and in various industries. Her responsibility within Think Pure Light (TPL) is to advise on strategic initiatives, formal planning, and management issues encountered in launching the company. Mrs. Crow resides in Round Rock, Texas.

Stuart Hiserodt, JD, Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC: Mr. Hiserodt has been practicing law since 2006. His primary focus has been in corporate strategy, launch preparation, IP (Intellectual Property), and general transaction issues for technical startup companies specializing in software, SaaS, and cloud computing licensing. He has served as Legal Counsel for Think Pure Light (TPL) since June 2010. Mr. Hiserodt is a resident of Austin, Texas.
